Frozen Bonito WR (Wild Caught) Export
Bonito is known belongs to the family of mackerel and tuna and often gather in large schools of around 100 to 500 individuals. Their primary diet consists of small fish, crustaceans, squid, and surface-dwelling animals. Currently, this species is distributed in various sea areas in the Central and Southern regions of Vietnam.

Special Features:
Bonito have a long, slender body, with sizes ranging from 0.48 to 0.6 meters. Their bodies is scaleless, but the lateral lines and pectoral finlets have well-developed scales. The head and the body surface of bonito are dark blue, while their belly is silver-white. Especially, dark or black spots appear below the pectoral finlets.

Processing method:
- Bonito are to be soaked in water for 15 minutes (depending on size). Rinse and ready for cooking.
Way of storage:
- Bonito should be place in refrigerator (0-8˚C). If it is to be stored for some time before serving, it is better to seal properly and place in freezer (-18˚C or below).
